A bill that would prevent the sale of the Orange County Fair & Event Center property is heading to Gov. Jerry Brown for review.

State Assemblyman Tom Daly, D-Anaheim, introduced AB 1907 in February, with the intention of striking down two provisions of state law allowing the sale of the 150-acre property by the state Department of General Services.
