Thursday, January 25, 2018

Sacramento – Assemblymember Tom Daly (D – Anaheim) issued the following response today to Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr.’s final State-of-the-State address:

“When he returned as Governor eight years ago, Governor Brown faced a budget gap of $27 billion. In the years that followed, the Legislature worked with him to reduce that gap. Together, we’ve built a growing Rainy Day Fund and other budget reserves to guard against the next economic downturn. This Governor is to be commended for his leadership and his commitment to stabilizing California’s finances.”
