SACRAMENTO - Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal (D -Long Beach) released the following statement regarding Governor Newsom’s January Budget Proposal for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, which the Governor announced earlier today:

SACRAMENTO, CA – Josh Lowenthal was sworn in as the Assemblymember for District 69 today in the State Capitol. The newly elected Assemblymember will represent Long Beach, Signal Hill, and Catalina Island’s Avalon, as well as large portions of Carson.
